CONNECTING TO A PUBLIC CHARGER

Note: Some sites charge idle fees after your vehicle has finished charging. This fee will be listed on the pricing page with charging rates if applicable.

Instructions

1. Scan the QR Code on the EV Charger. This will take you to a welcome page in your web browser, no App required. Verify that your car is plugged in, then tap “Start”

If the charger scanned has more than one socket, select the one you want to use.

3. Enter your phone number, tap “Next”.

4. You will receive a four-digit PIN vis SMS. Enter this PIN to continue.

5. Review the charging cost and tap “Pay with Card” to proceed.
The system can recall previously used card associated to your phone number and will offer to use it.

6. A temporary reservation (not a charge) will be allocated to your payment card. Once authorised, charging will start automatically.

7. Charging is in progress.

8. Charging is complete and it is now safe to unplug your vehicle. You will receive a link to the receipt via SMS.
